25 YEARS OF KNOWING WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE DRAWING LEAVES THE SCREEN.
Daniel's career started at 16 with an apprenticeship in cabinet making and joinery. Since then, he has spent more than 25 years learning kitchens from the inside out, from manufacturing cabinetry and working with solid timber to installing complex, high-end bespoke kitchens in some of the most demanding homes.
For around 15 years, Daniel worked within the high-end bespoke kitchen industry, including as a head installer. These were projects where every detail mattered. Kitchens could be individually manufactured from raw materials, altered to suit unusual properties and scrutinised down to the smallest finish.
It taught him something that still shapes every DW kitchen today:
A kitchen is only as good as the thinking that goes into how it will actually be built.
FROM CABINET MAKER TO KITCHEN SPECIALIST
Daniel founded DW Kitchens in 2016 after years of refining his craft and wanting to put his own standards behind the work.
Today, he personally designs every DW kitchen.
That matters because the person creating your design also understands cabinetry construction, fitting, room geometry, services, worktops, materials and the hundreds of practical decisions that sit between a drawing and a finished kitchen.
Daniel doesn't need every kitchen to be bespoke.
In fact, experience has taught him when bespoke craftsmanship genuinely earns its cost and when a high-quality manufactured kitchen, designed thoughtfully and fitted exceptionally well, is the better answer.
The goal isn't to make your kitchen more complicated or more expensive. It's to make the right decisions for your home.
EXPERIENCE CHANGES WHAT YOU SEE
An uneven wall. An awkward corner. Cabinets that won't quite work in the space. Plumbing or electrics that need rethinking. A design that looks good on screen but creates problems during installation.
For Daniel, these are not unusual exceptions. They are part of understanding how kitchens work.
Because he has made cabinetry from scratch, he understands how it can be adapted.
Because he has fitted kitchens for more than 25 years, he knows where installation problems tend to appear.
And because he personally designs the kitchen, that experience can influence the plan before the first cabinet is ordered.

Daniel's experience includes working on exceptionally high-value bespoke kitchens, where both the craftsmanship and customer expectations were exacting.
DW Kitchens isn't trying to recreate the cost or complexity of that market.
It brings the standards learned there to kitchen projects where customers still expect their investment to be treated seriously.

BUILT AROUND ONE STANDARD
DW Kitchens is growing, but Daniel has no ambition to turn it into a large, impersonal kitchen company.
As the fitting team develops, Daniel will continue to personally oversee the design, survey, specification, ordering and customer relationship behind every DW kitchen.
Fitters will be selected, trained and overseen around the same standards Daniel has developed over his career.
Because for Daniel, the principle is simple:
